About the Groupama public and employers liability insurance

• Cover is offered to protect Legal Liabilities, Goods in Transit, Tools and Business Equipment
• Legal liability for injury or death to third parties and damage to third party property
• Minimum limit of liability of £1,000,000 with an option to increase to £2,000,000 or £5,000,000 for most trades
• Optima Trade Plus is available to Individuals working on a self-employed basis, partnerships and Limited Companies with a maximum of eight persons working in the business
• Fees and expenses incurred in respect of a Tax Investigation and Property Protection
• Provides cover anywhere within the EC for loss or damage to:
• Tools & Business Equipment including Laptops, other Computer Equipment and accessories (£1,500)
• Goods in Transit
• A 24 Hour Legal Helpline on any legal problem in connection with the business.
• A Risk Management guide focusing on Health & Safety for tradesmen and professionals will be included with the policy documentation.
• Extensions and Additional Benefits to the Employers Liability cover are available.
• Legal liability for injury or death to employees including claimants costs and expenses with a limit of liability of £10,000,000
