With our insuremyliability affiliate scheme we can provide your site’s visitors with information and advice on the different types of liability insurance that we offer, the importance of having sufficient cover in place as well as being able to get a comparative quotation either, online or over the phone, from 4 of the UK’s leading commercial liability insurance companies.

By being part of our affiliate scheme we can offer you a 10% fee for all sales generated from people clicking through from your site, based on the insurance premium, less IPT (insurance premium tax), not just for the first referral but for the life of the insurance policy.

The administration of the policy is dealt with solely by us as are any queries that the client has about any aspect of their cover, so you don’t have to worry about any paperwork or awkward questions.

Tracking the quotations and sales from your website

We can track all quotes and sales from your website from the free text link and banners, both static and animated, that we will supply you with. The text link itself will contain a unique identifier that will be linked to your website.

When a person clicks onto our link from your site and does a quotation, the unique identifier in the code will be attached to their quote. This allows us to track where the business has come from when the policy is purchased.

In addition to the online system we also phone clients who have quoted, but are yet to purchase a policy. If then after talking to them we manage to sell the policy you will still receive the 10% referral fee.

Our insurance quotes are valid for 30 days from the time of the quotation. A unique quote reference is generated for every quote, so there is no pressure or need for them to purchase the policy when they get the initial quote. Just as long as they purchase within that 30 day period their quote will still be valid and we will still be able to identify where the business has originated from.

Access to information

Being able to see what quote and sales activity your site is generating could not be simpler. Our affiliate member’s portal will allow you to log in so you can monitor how many quotes have been generated, how many sales this has been converted into and how much money that you have earned for 5 different time frames. This system is updated in realtime so you don’t have to wait for daily results.

What about Financial Services Authority (FSA) regulations?

According to the Financial Services Authority (FSA) “as long as insurance is incidental to the main business of the website, and no advice is given to the client by you, the affiliate, then you do not have to be regulated to introduce potential customers to our tradesman/professional liability insurance”.

We deal with all the legal and compliance matters and are fully authorised and regulated by the FSA.
