We understand that contracts can increase in size during the time of insurance this is why we will automatically increase that value of a contract during the term of the policy up to 20% of the sum insured.

After the destruction of a build it may be require that the plans for the original building be redrawn, as this is an extra incurred cost as a result of the destruction we will provide you with up to £25,000 for a claim for rewriting or redrawing plans. Most construction plans are given a time limit upon completion should an event occur that jeopardises this we will cover you for expediting costs, which will pay for any extra charges from overtime during the night, holidays or express freight and air freight.
