Worker bullied by employee

£8 million in compensation is being claimed by an engineer who says that he was subject to racial bullying by a colleague at work. The worker, who was driven to two attempts of suicide as he could not cope with the colleagues comments, was refused counselling as his employer would not let him attend appointments that had been set up by his GP.

His Colleague would openly express racial views to the engineer and supported the British National Party. He has now resigned from his place of work but is claiming £8,068,000 for constructive dismissal.
