Water Park Horror
Posted on January 06th 2009
A water park has paid a thirteen-year-old girl a four-figure sum in compensation after she crashed into a lifeguard.
The lifeguard thought the park had closed for the day and despite the parks strict health and safety policy, which states no staff, are to walk on the rides until all visitors have left the park.
The teenager suffered severe concussion after crashing into the worker. She spent five days in hospital. The water park accepted liability straight after the accident. They apologised to the family and sent the teenager some flowers.
Accidents can happen to anyone at any time and at any location, why not ensure you have the right cover to protect yourself and your business. Call us to day for your free quotation or go online to www.insuremyliability.co.uk.
