Shipyard worker exposed to asbestos

£20,000 has been awarded to a shipyard worker, after being exposed to asbestos during the 1960's.

He developed asbestosis whilst working in the shipyard, where he remembers being exposed to asbestos, but was not given any precautions or safety clothing.

Further claims can be put forward by the worker, should he develop any other illnesses, or becomes worse, as a result of the asbestos at no charge to himself.
