Road swept

A bike rider who was knocked off his bike by a road sweeper has been awarded £200,000 compensation.

The man suffered injury to his head and severe bruising to his back and when a CT scan was done it was shown that the gentleman had a stroke at the site of the accident.

The defendant in the case was the firm that operated the road sweepers.
