Police Administrator is awarded £90 000 compensation

A Police administrator was awarded £90 000 compensation after he was hit by an uninsured driver. The man was travelling along a carriageway when the uninsured driver crossed onto his side of the carriageway and hit him head on.

The man had to be cut free by emergency services. His injuries were severe. He suffered fractures to his leg, forearm, his left wrist, ligament injury to his knee and face and serious injuries to his neck and chest. He has required multiple operations and long-term rehabilitation.
