Employers must make an effort for employees mental health

The recession has caused many of us at work to stress over the possibility of us being made redundant or having to work harder and take on more work, as the company has had to downsize.
Bupa has reported that calls to themselves has tripled this month as more and more people call as they are worried about being made redundant therefore increasing stress levels.
This call on employers to have to make more effort to help there employees mental state and help tackle this by offering a free counselling service to help solve the problem before it causes the employee to take time off work.
