Compensation awarded to ground worker

Compensation has been awarded to a worker who was employed as a ground worker for a council, a civil engineering firm and a tarmacadam engineer, after he the tools he was using caused him to receive vibration white finger.

The different machinery that the worker was using for his various jobs gave off excessive levels of vibration, causing his vibration white finger.

The worker is now left with symptoms of whiteness brought on by cold weather, a lack of dexterity and grip strength, as well as tingling and numbness.
