Boss faces Manslaughter Charge

The boss of a worker who fell twenty feet to his death is to be put to trial for manslaughter.
The man who worked for an East Sussex roofing company was fixing a roof when he fell through a sky light, leading to his death.
An investigation was carried out by Sussex Police who concluded the charge of manslaughter, along with The Health and Safety Executive to ascertain if the employer had breached any of the Health and Safety Law.
Along with his manslaughter charged, he will face four breaches of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
