Asbestos infected clothes kills mother

A family torn by the lack of awareness of the dangers of asbestos have taken their late fathers electrical firm to court to claim compensation for the death of their mother.

The woman was a hard working and dedicated mother and wife. She died from Mesothelioma Cancer last year after spending many years washing and tending to her husbands infected clothes.

The killer disease was not well known in the olden days, however there is more and more information available to members of the public and companies that come into contact with the disease. All business that work with asbestos should make all staff aware of the dangers.

The family have settled out of court and have been awarded a large sum of compensation.
