Accident Victim

An accident Victim has been awarded £1.123.677 for serious injuries, which he received after being hit by a disqualified driver.

The motorbike rider was trying to evade an unmarked police car that was in pursuit when he hit the man whilst he was riding his bicycle to work.

The man received severe injuries, which resulted in amputation of the right lower leg and serious injuries to his right arm. The man now has little use of his right arm.

The claim was pursued through the Motor Insurance Bureau as the motorbike driver was a disqualified driver and therefore was uninsured.
