Supermarket admits liability

A Supermarket has admitted liability and man awarded £3,750 compensation after slipping on a grape. He was taken to hospital where they found that he fractured the base of his right finger.

The Supermarket did not enforce any adequate system for floor inspection, which could have resulted in the grape being removed, therefore not causing the accident.
