Award claimed due to broken kerbstone
£9,800 has been awarded to a woman who broke her ankle after her foot went over the edge of a broken kerbstone.
The incident occurred at work whilst she was walking along a footpath at the bus depot.
The lady sustained a broken bone in her ankle and required physiotherapy.
Her employers admitted liability, however the case was settled in an out of court settlement.
